America except Central America, South America, some northern regions including
Ireland, some northwestern parts of England, and Canada. The first total solar

effect on pregnant women. Pregnant women should be very careful during this

eclipse. Do not eat any food during eclipse. Bath should be taken only after

- Pregnant women should not look directly at the eclipse. Three-year-old children should not be allowed to bathe in rivers and seashores.
- Do not travel long distances during the eclipse.
