This total solar eclipse will be visible in all of America except Central America, South America, some northern regions including Ireland, some northwestern parts of England, and Canada. The first total solar eclipse of the year will be visible in Mazatian, Mexico.

Many people believe that a solar eclipse has a greater effect on pregnant women. Pregnant women should be very careful during this period. In particular, the meal should be finished at least 6 hours before the eclipse. Do not eat any food during eclipse. Bath should be taken only after completion of eclipse

Things not to do at Solar Eclipse 

  1.      Pregnant women who are sleepy during solar eclipse should not move around.
  2.      It should be ensured that the baby in the fetus does not face any problem.
  3.      During the eclipse one should sit calmly in a chair or sofa and read a book or do some light           work.
  4.      Pregnant women should not look directly at the eclipse. Three-year-old children should not be       allowed    to bathe in rivers and seashores.
  5.    Do not travel long distances during the eclipse.
